Dear participants,
We want to apologize for not providing you earlier with further information regarding the conference. We want to inform you on the latest developments regarding:
1. Academic conditions:
a.The papers written in French, English or Romanian should be submitted by the 15th of April at the address bocse.alexandra-maria@fspub.ro .
b. We strongly advise you to write your paper presentation and PowerPoint in English/ French. If you have any problem in meeting this demand, please let us know and we will arrange something. Some exceptions are accepted, as this condition was not mentioned in our call for papers and we are aware of this fact.
c. You will receive via e-mail this evening a Paper Writing Guide. It has only an advisory role. If you have already written your papers bearing in mind your own university guide, it is fine, as long as there are footnotes and bibliography and a clear sense of respect for authorship rights.
d. Let us inform you that the academic programme at the conference will take place on Friday, the 24th of April starting from 10.00 o’clock a.m. (the exact schedule will be posted asap on the website).
2. Technical arrangements for the ones non- residing in Bucharest
Unfortunately, we cannot cover your travel and accommodation expenses
But we can:
a. pick you up from the rail/ bus station, airport as long as you let us know 24 hours before regarding the hour, place of your arrival

b. book your hotel the cost for a person/ double room/ night is
about 20- 25 Euros
single room-45 Euros in hotel Academica in hotel Reginetta, both really nice places
If you need accommodation, please let us know at bocse.alexandra-maria@fspub.ro by the 15th of April.
c. make sure you get around in Bucharest and eat in decent and non- expensive places
d. Participants (from Romania especially) are encouraged to talk to their dean and ask for financial support (travel costs, accommodation, meals) from their home universities. In this regard, we can provide them on Monday with official invitations from the Faculty of Political Science, University of Bucharest. Please let us know by Sunday, the 12 of April, evening who needs the official invitations.
In the next two weeks, please check regularly our webpage in order to find updated information about the schedule and the latest developments regarding the conference.
